Nutsoft Estates provides an online platform for listing, discovering, and negotiating the sale of residential property. We are not a party to any sale agreed between buyers and sellers, and we do not provide legal, financial, or surveying advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, including property descriptions, photographs, and pricing. You must not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, and you must keep your account credentials secure.
4. Listings and offers
Listings are subject to review before publication. Offers made through the platform are expressions of interest and are not legally binding until contracts are exchanged through the parties' appointed conveyancers.
5. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutsoft Estates is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from information published by users on the platform.
